I really don’t understand what was going in in the heads of Nina Garcia and Michael Kors. I mean, GRETCHEN?!? I would have preferred Andy. His stuff is better than Gretchen’s.
Gretchen’s overblown sense of her own importance and talent will now be even bigger because validated by the “win.” Oh well. Mondo is beyond needing validation.
Throughout the season, he kept growing and opening up and creating more and more amazing looks that brought delight and wonder to the audience.
What the two dumb judges (not Heidi or…Jessica) thought was too much like a “circus” was the magic of genius.
